文章主要介绍内蒙古河套灌区的基本情况和灌溉用水现状,及在目前黄河水资源日益紧缺、供水矛盾异常突出的情况下,采取井渠双灌对河套灌区农业灌溉中发挥的作用,并提出发展井渠双灌的可行性和有关问题的探讨。
The paper mainly introduces the basic situation of Hetao Irrigation District in Inner Mongolia and current situation of irrigation water use. In the current circumstance that the Yellow River water resources are increasingly scarce and the water supply contradictions are extremely outstanding, the paper takes the effect of well-bore and double-irrigation on agricultural irrigation in Hetao Irrigation District.
