传统的思想政治教育工作无法适应目前的消防工作,导致基层消防部队政治工作出现许多问题。面对越来越复杂的社会环境以及现代化的消防思想政治教育工作,只有顺应时代潮流、引进新的理论与消防管理教育结合,才能够充分保证消防部队管理教育与思想政治教育的一致性。介于此,本文在分析思想政治教育的路径依赖性理论的基础上分析其与消防管理教育结合的积极作用,结合目前消防部队思想政治教育工作现状将思想政治教育路径依赖性与消防管理教育结合,旨在为指导目前消防管理教育提供有价值参考。
The traditional ideological and political education can not adapt to the current fire fighting work, resulting in many problems with the grass-roots fire brigade’s political work.
