英国普通法的产生经历了长期的,渐进式的发展过程。它的形成又是各种因素综合作用的结果。英国普通法之所以有着强大的生命力,与其形成初期王室司法机构的建立有着极为密切的联系。本文从英国王室司法机构角度,浅析其对英国普通法的形成所起的历史作用。
