作者用精制鸡胚细胞狂犬病疫苗(PCEC,效力为4.0IU/ml)和人二倍体细胞狂犬病疫苗(HDCV,效力为4.65IU/ml),分别采用皮下(0.1ml)和肌注(1.0ml)方法对78名受试者在暴露前0、7和28天作全程初次免疫接种.满两年时,再以PCEC肌注加强免疫1针.分期采血清,用快速荧光灶抑制试验测定受试者狂犬病病毒中和抗体水平及其几何平均滴度(GMT),同时观察免疫接种后的副作用.
