随着素质教育和新课标改革的逐步推进,传统教育下的教学模式纷纷被教育工作者所抛弃。传统教学过程中存在着很多的问题,其受应试教育的影响很大,在很长一段时间里,我国的教育模式都是将考试大纲作为教学大纲,将学生们的考试成绩作为衡量学生好坏的唯一标准,完全忽视了学生们德智体美劳全面发展的目标,不利于学生们的身心健康成长。因此国家提出了素质教育和新课标改革地口号,抛弃传统的教学模式,坚持以人为本,尊重学生们的主体地位,将促进学生们的全面发展作为我国教育的总目标。这一政策取得了很好的效果,但是在职中的体育教学中,如何实现健康教育和素质教育还是我们需要研究的问题。
With the gradual advancement of the quality education and the reform of the new curriculum standard, the teaching modes under the traditional education have been abandoned by educators. There are many problems in the traditional teaching process, which are greatly influenced by the exam-oriented education. For a long time, the education model in our country regards the syllabus as the syllabus and takes the students ’test scores as a measure of the students’ quality The sole criterion completely neglected the goal of all-round development of moral, moral and aesthetic education for students, which is not conducive to the healthy growth of students. Therefore, the state put forward the slogan of quality education and reform of the new curriculum standards, discarded the traditional teaching mode, adhered to the people-oriented principle, respected the students’ dominant position, and promoted the overall development of students as the general goal of education in our country. This policy has achieved good results, but in-service physical education, how to achieve health education and quality education is still a problem we need to study.
