2008年1月22日,中国人民公安大学某教室内,手拿考卷神情肃穆的主考官正在宣读考场纪律:进入考场的考生,手机全部没收,不准携带任何有文字的纸制品,座位之间保持一米距离,考试期间不准交头接耳,一旦发现有作弊行为,考试成绩视为无效,考试时间150分钟……如此严格的考试规则,既便是高考也不过如此。而看看讲台下年龄参差不齐,平均年龄在50岁左右的考生,这明显又不是一场高考。
