目的:探讨我国国家基本药物制度立法的重点与框架。方法:分析我国国家基本药物制度的立法重点,并从立法框架的角度对国家基本药物制度立法进行阐述。结果与结论:国家基本药物制度的立法重点为基本药物制度的法律名称与定义、基本药物目录的法律地位等;立法框架大体可分为总则、基本药物目录的制定与修订、基本药物的生产与供应等。
Objective: To explore the focus and framework of China’s national essential drug legislation. Methods: To analyze the legislative priorities of China’s national essential drug system and elaborate the legislation of the national essential drug system from the perspective of the legislative framework. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The legislative focus of the national essential drug system is the legal name and definition of the essential drug system and the legal status of the essential drug list. The legislative framework can be broadly divided into general rules, the formulation and revision of essential drug list, the production of essential drugs Supply and so on.
