文章尝试从内在机理、作用途径与权变特征三个方面,深入探讨企业家社会资本与企业技术创新能力之间的关系这一理论界悬而未决的问题。基于2010—2014年219家中小板上市公司的样本数据,文章的实证结果表明:企业家社会资本可以通过提升企业的资源获取能力对企业技术创新能力产生积极影响;企业家社会资本与企业联合创新能力存在显著的正向线性关系,与自主创新能力呈现显著的倒U型关系;企业生命周期对企业家社会资本与企业技术创新能力的关系具有显著的正向调节效应。研究结果能够为企业管理者正确和有效使用其个人社会资本提供依据,同时有助于进一步完善企业家社会资本功效理论并佐证社会资本作用的情景化特征。
The article attempts to probe into the outstanding issues in the theoretical circle about the relationship between the entrepreneurial social capital and the technological innovation ability of the enterprise from three aspects: the internal mechanism, the function way and the contingency feature. Based on the sample data of 219 small-cap listed companies from 2010 to 2014, the empirical results show that entrepreneur social capital can have a positive impact on the technological innovation capability of enterprises by enhancing the resource access capability of entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurial social capital and joint innovation of enterprises There is a significant positive linear relationship between capability and capability of independent innovation, and a significant inverted U-shaped relationship with capability of independent innovation. Corporate life cycle has significant positive regulatory effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial social capital and technological innovation capability. The results can provide the basis for managers to use their personal social capital correctly and effectively, and at the same time help to further improve the theory of entrepreneurial social capital function and corroborate the scenario characteristics of social capital.
