外露式钢筋混凝土压力管道的温度应力,常是某些这类管道在运用期内产生纵向贯通裂缝的重要原因之一。本文根据实测温度资料,对管壁周边及壁内温度场进行概化,按温差沿管壁厚度成直线分布及温差沿管壁厚度成曲线分布两种形式,推导了内力计算公式,制作了计算表格。同以往所用r.k克列恩计算公式相比较,有新的改进。
The temperature stress of exposed reinforced concrete pressure pipes is often one of the important reasons for the longitudinal breakthrough of some of these pipes during their service life. Based on the measured temperature data, the temperature field around the pipe wall and the wall is generalized. According to the temperature difference along the pipe wall thickness into a straight line distribution and the temperature difference along the pipe wall thickness into a curved distribution, the internal force formula is deduced, and the calculation form. Compared with the previous r.k Klein formula, there is a new improvement.
