党的十六届六中全会明确提出,全社会要共同努力,从中国特色社会主义事业总体布局和全面建设小康社会全局出发来构建社会主义和谐社会。全国13亿人口,九亿在农村,农村经济社会的发展,关系着全国改革、发展、稳定的大局,农村和谐社会建设是全面构建社会主义和谐社会的基础和前提,努力构建农村和谐社会,在当前具有十分重要的意义。按照六中全会精神,结合当前农村工作实践,笔者认为,构建农村和谐社会是一项庞大的社会系统工程,需要社会各界的共同努力来完成,并着重在以下几个方面推动:
The 6th Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee clearly proposed that the whole society should make joint efforts to build a socialist harmonious society from the overall layout of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the overall situation of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. The development of rural economy and society with a population of 1.3 billion and a population of 900 million in rural areas and rural areas is related to the overall situation of reform, development and stability in the country. The construction of a harmonious society in rural areas is the foundation and prerequisite for building a harmonious socialist society in an all-round way and strives to build a harmonious society in rural areas. Currently, it has very important significance. In accordance with the spirit of the 6th Plenary Session and the current practice of rural work, the author believes that building a harmonious society in rural areas is a huge social system project and requires the concerted efforts of all sectors of society to accomplish these tasks. The focus is on promoting the following aspects:
