使用ANSYS有限元结构分析软件,建立水电站地下厂房机墩组合结构的计算模型,分析研究了结构在外力作用下的变形特性和应力分布规律。按照《水工混凝土结构设计规范》(SL/T191-96)关于正截面偏心受压承载力计算的计算理论,采用FORTRAN-90语言编制了配筋实用计算程序,并在有限元计算结果的基础上,使用计算程序对机墩结构进行了配筋,大大提高了计算精度和工作效率,计算及配筋结果均合理可靠。计算方法和计算成果可供设计单位参考。
The ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to establish the calculation model of the combined structure of the pier and the underground powerhouse of the hydropower station. The deformation characteristics and stress distribution of the structure under external force are analyzed. According to the calculation theory of the load-bearing capacity of normal section under the code of “Design Code of Hydraulic Concrete Structure” (SL / T191-96), a practical calculation program of reinforcement is compiled by FORTRAN-90 language.
