近一个世纪,领导理论的发展经历了一个不断创新的过程。我们可从领导理念、领导方式和领导角色三个维度考察领导理论的创新。在领导理念上,经历了一个仅专注于领导者自身的封闭的领导观向一个逐渐重视领导者身处的生态环境的开放的领导观转化的逻辑进程。从领导方式维度看,一个世纪以来的领导学理论经历着一个从眼睛向上的、以伟人领导观作指导的领导方式向眼睛向下的、以平民领导观作指导的领导方式的转换。而领导角色的创新则体现为从高高在上转向领导共享,包括目标共享、利益共享、困难共享、成功喜悦共享;从追求“个人冠军”到旨在团队获胜;从居高临下解决问题转向敢为人先,与大家一起共同开创美好的前景。
In the recent century, the development of leadership theory has undergone a process of continuous innovation. We can examine the innovation of leadership theory from the three dimensions of leadership philosophy, leadership style and leadership role.
