作者已从野梧桐Mallotus japonicus的果皮中分出若干具有细胞毒性的成分。本文则报道从野梧桐的树叶中分离具细胞毒活性成分的工作。用对KB细胞的抑制性为药理指标,测试了雄树及雌树叶子的甲醇提取物,发现雌树叶提取物有一定活性,而雄树则未发现活性。经活性追踪分离得到6个成分,其中2个具有细胞毒性,经光谱测定,确认为butyryl-mallotjaponin(1) isobutyrylmallotojaponin(2),两者为同分异构体。这两个成分对KB细胞抑制的ED_(50)分别为0.72和0.89μg/ml,
The authors have isolated several cytotoxic components from the skin of the wild parasol Mallotus japonicus. This article reports the isolation of cytotoxic active ingredients from the leaves of the tree in the tree. Using the inhibitory effect on KB cells as a pharmacological indicator, the methanol extracts of male and female leaves were tested and it was found that the female leaf extract had certain activity, while the male had no activity. Six components were isolated by activity tracking, of which two were cytotoxic. As determined by spectrometry, they were identified as butyryl-mallotjaponin (1) isobutyrylmallotojaponin (2), both of which are isomers. The ED_(50) of these two components for KB cell inhibition was 0.72 and 0.89 μg/ml, respectively.
