随着我国零售业向外资完全开放,我国的零售企业如何在激烈的竞争中求得生存,早已成为人们关注的焦点。本文认为,着眼于顾客价值,进行准确的市场定位才是零售企业生存与发展之根本所在。
With China’s retail industry fully open to foreign investment, how to survive in the fierce competition in China’s retail enterprises has long been the focus of attention. This paper argues that the focus on customer value, accurate market positioning is the survival and development of retail business lies.
