市场反馈一些高驱动推土机出现制动失效故障,导致其无法正常工作。我们对所有发生故障的推土机进行了拆解,发现93%的故障是碟式制动器的碟形弹簧断裂造成的。本文在分析查找碟式制动器失效原因的基础上,提出改进措施。1.碟式制动器工作原理高驱动推土机的碟式制动器用于整机制动,其工作原理如图1所示。当推土机行驶时,在液压系统油压的作用下,制动压紧盘2压缩碟形弹簧3,使从动毂1与制动器壳体5之间的摩擦片分离,动力由从动毂1传到终传动。
Market feedback Some high-powered bulldozers brake failure failure, resulting in its failure to work properly. We disassembled all the failed bulldozers and found that 93% of the failures were caused by breakage of the disk brake disc springs. Based on the analysis of the cause of failure of disc brake, this paper puts forward the improvement measures. 1.
