目的:探讨分析针对低位直肠癌患者施以小切口手术治疗Miles手术治疗所获取的临床疗效。方法:在我院接受低位直肠癌治疗的患者中,随机选取51例作为本次研究对象,均采取Miles手术治疗,并对患者的生活质量情况利用QOL量表进行评估,并进行术后随访八个月。观察术中各项指标及治疗效果。结果:所有患者的手术均一次成功完成,治疗后的QOL评分与治疗前相比有着明显差异,利用统计学分析后发现存在意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用Miles手术治疗低位直肠癌的临床疗效优势显著,有效减轻了患者痛苦,使其生活质量得到大大提高。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Miles surgery in patients with low rectal cancer treated with small incision. Methods: In our hospital for treatment of patients with low rectal cancer, 51 patients were randomly selected as the study, were treated with Miles surgery, and the quality of life of patients using the QOL scale assessment and postoperative follow-up of eight Months. Observed intraoperative indicators and treatment. Results: All patients underwent surgery successfully and successfully. The QOL scores after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment. Statistical significance was found (P <0.05). Conclusions: The advantages of Miles surgery in the treatment of low rectal cancer are obvious, which can effectively alleviate the suffering of patients and greatly improve their quality of life.
