目的:对危重新生儿血糖代谢紊乱的相关因素进行调查分析,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法:分析2007年6月～2011年6月168例危重新生儿血糖代谢紊乱的形成原因。结果:168例血糖代谢紊乱患者中,低血糖症者97例,高血糖症者42例,二者兼有者29例。血糖代谢紊乱与胎龄和出生体重呈负相关,而且在轻度窒息的情形下低血糖症状较多,重度窒息的情况下高血糖症状较多。结论:对危重新生儿血糖代谢紊乱相关因素的分析,可以及时发现和治疗病症,减少患儿日后的痛苦。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the related factors of blood glucose metabolism disorder in critically ill newborns and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods: The causes of 168 cases of critically ill neonatal glucose metabolism disorder were analyzed from June 2007 to June 2011. Results: Of 168 patients with dyslipidemia, 97 had hypoglycemia, 42 had hyperglycemia, and 29 had both. Disorders of glucose metabolism are negatively correlated with gestational age and birth weight, and hypoglycemic symptoms are more severe with mild asphyxia and hyperglycemia with severe asphyxia. Conclusion: The analysis of the related factors of the disordered glucose metabolism in critically ill newborns can find and cure the disease in time and reduce the pain of the child in the future.
