在证实灵芝多糖为其抗衰老的有效成分的基础上,进一步从GLB、GLC中分离到9种多糖均一体(GLC_(1,2)、GLB_(2,3,4)、GLB_(6,7)、GLB_(9,10),并测定了它们的化学组成和连接方式。结果证明:GLC_1为肽多糖,GLC_2、GLB_2为葡聚糖,GLB_3为甘露葡聚糖,GLB_9为半乳葡聚糖、GLB_4、GLB_6、GLB_7和GLB_(10)均为以葡萄糖为主的杂多糖,其中GLC_2、GLB_6及GLB_(10)分子中均含有乙酰基糖。它们的分子量范围在6 000~10 000,结构均以β(1→4)连接为主,含有不等的β(1→6)甙键,其中B_(10)经甲基比分析证明其主链重复片段为β(1→4) 与β(1→6)甙键以7:1的比例连接,9种多糖均一体均为首次从灵芝中得到。经混合淋巴细胞
Based on the confirmation of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide as an effective ingredient for anti-aging, nine polysaccharides were further separated from GLB and GLC (GLC_(1,2), GLB_(2,3,4), GLB_(6,7 ), GLB_ (9,10), and their chemical composition and connection were determined. The results showed that: GLC_1 is a peptidoglycan, GLC_2, GLB_2 is dextran, GLB_3 is mannoglucan, and GLB_9 is galactoglucan. GLB_4, GLB_6, GLB_7 and GLB_(10) are all glucose-based heteropolysaccharides, of which GLC_2, GLB_6 and GLB_(10) all contain acetyl sugars. Their molecular weight ranges from 6 000 to 10 000, and the structure All of them are β(1→4)-linked and contain unequal β(1→6) bonds. Among them, B_(10) shows that the main chain repeats are β(1→4) and β by methyl ratio analysis.
