Dongguan Quality Factory is a processing company that provides lead frame products for semiconductor industry companies. It was relocated from Hong Kong to Dongguan Chang’an in early 2002 and officially put into operation. At present, there are more than 2,000 employees. In the initial stage of operation, QS-9000 and ISO9000-2000 quality certifications were awarded. Dongguan Quality Factory closely focuses on the theme of “employees” and actively implements humanized management, which is specifically embodied in the following six aspects: First, we attach importance to the construction of cultural facilities. A culture and recreation committee was established to formulate an annual plan for corporate cultural activities and put in a lot of manpower, material resources, and financial resources.
