提高库存粮食的质量,保证粮食的安全貯存,对落实毛主席“深挖洞,广积粮,不称霸”的伟大指示有着重大意义。为此必须经常、正确地测定粮食水份的含量和粮食温度变化的情况。近几年来随着电子工业的发展,为粮食化验仪器的技术改革开辟了一条新的道路,很多单位根据本单位具体情况试制了半导体式粮食水份、温度测试仪,这对粮食的化验工作带来了很大的方便,使测量迅速、准确且不受工作环境、条件(如电源)等的影响。本刊72年11期介绍了河北沙县粮食局试制的“粮食水份、温度两用快速测定仪”后,收到了不少单位、读者的来信、来稿。有的介绍新的粮食水份、温度测量方法、线路;有的则提出改进意见。这里我们把这些来信来稿综合发表,供有关单位参考,以期达到互通情报、取长补短的目的。
Raising the quality of the foodstuffs in stock and ensuring the safe storage of foodstuffs are of great significance in implementing the great instructions of Chairman Mao to “dig deep holes, expand grain rationales and not seek hegemony.” For this reason, it is essential to determine the level of food moisture and changes in food temperature regularly and correctly. In recent years, with the development of the electronics industry, a new road has been opened up for the technical reform of food testing instruments. Many units have trial-produced semiconductor-based food moisture and temperature testers according to the specific conditions of their own units. Great convenience comes from making measurements fast, accurate and unaffected by the working environment, conditions such as power supply, etc. This issue of 72 years 11 introduced the Shaxian Grain Bureau trial production of “food moisture, temperature dual-use quick tester”, received a lot of units, readers of the letter, contribution. Some introduce new food moisture, temperature measurement methods, lines; others put forward suggestions for improvement. Here, we put these letters and manuscripts comprehensively for reference by the relevant units with a view to reaching the goal of mutual information and complementing each other’s strengths.
