把一匙酒倒进一桶污水中,你得到的是一桶污水;如果把一匙污水倒进一桶酒中,你得到的还是一桶污水。这就是著名的“酒与污水定律”。组织系统往往是脆弱的,是建立在相互理解、妥协和容忍的基础上的,它很容易被侵害、被毒化。破坏者能力非凡的另一个重要原因在于,破坏总比建设容易。一个能工巧匠花费时日精心制作的陶瓷器,一头驴子一秒钟就能毁坏掉。组织里有这样的一头驴子,应该马上把它清除掉。

This is the famous “law of wine and sewage”. Organizational systems are often fragile, based on mutual understanding, compromise and tolerance. They are easily infringed and poisoned. Another important reason why saboteurs are extraordinary is that sabotage is always easier than building. A skilled artisan spent time elaborate pottery, a donkey can be destroyed in a second. There is such a donkey in the organization, it should be removed immediately.
