为提高劳动生产率、降低工人劳动强度,以生产8×19S+NF、Ф10 mm电梯曳引钢丝绳为例,按照交货产品的长度,计算出需要工字轮的直径;依据18/300管式股绳机生产时操作工在各工序所需时间,计算出每人在操作各型号管式股绳机的机台数量;最后通过各型号股绳机的运转速度和作业率,综合计算出最佳股绳机的机型为18/350管式股绳机。为了进一步探讨采用该型号股绳机的可行性,在保证产品质量达标的前提下,通过测量最小规格钢丝在18/300管式股绳机上生产时钢丝拉力与工字轮装满钢丝时总质量的比值,计算出在18/350管式股绳机上可以装轮的最小规格钢丝长度为57 000 m,可满足生产需要。
