近年来,我们在云南省楚雄州、大理州等克山病重病区,对小儿克山病患者开展了M型超声心动图检查。对资料完整,图形满意的85例回声图做了较详细地分析。此项非侵入性检查对了解克山病心内结构的改变,推算左心功能,估计预后,观察药物疗效,都能提供较可靠的客观依据。现报道如下:
In recent years, we conducted M-mode echocardiography in children with Keshan disease in Chuxhan, Dali, Kiln State, Yunnan Province. 85 cases of echogram with complete data and satisfactory image were analyzed in more detail. This non-invasive examination of Keshan disease to understand the changes in the structure of the heart, estimating left ventricular function, prognosis, observe the efficacy of drugs, can provide a more reliable objective evidence.
