现在在小学的教育过程中存在一种不太好的现象,即学习的个体化。针对这种现象,为了防止两极分化,教师开始将转向分层教学。探讨在小学数学教学过程中进行分层运用的方法,并且指出了在这一过程中应该注意的一系列问题。
Now there is a not-so-good phenomenon in primary education, that is, the individualization of learning. In response to this phenomenon, in order to prevent polarization, teachers began to shift to hierarchical teaching.
