石油石化企业为员工进行心理援助的案例很多,我们选择了塔里木油田,是因为这里的工作更成体系。荒凉的外部环境和远离亲人的孤寂,使得塔里木油田一些员工形成荒漠综合症,直接诱发家庭、婚姻、子女教育和人际关系等危机。为此,塔里木油田借鉴国外先进经验,引进EAP(员工援助计划)服务,让一线作业区和他们的家属真正感受到企业的爱心。员工健康工作生活辅导项目也成为促进油田和谐发展的有力抓手。
There are a lot of cases where the petroleum and petrochemical enterprises provide psychological assistance to their employees. We have chosen Tarim Oilfield because the work here is more systematic. The desolate external environment and the loneliness away from their loved ones have led some employees in the Tarim Oilfield to form Deserts Syndrome and directly trigger crises such as family, marriage, children’s education and interpersonal relations. To this end, Tarim Oilfield draws on advanced foreign experience, the introduction of EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services, front-line operating area and their families really feel the love of enterprises. Health work and life staff counseling projects have also become a powerful starting point to promote the harmonious development of the oil field.
