We have chosen Tarim Oilfield because the work here is more systematic. The desolate external environment and the loneliness away from their loved ones have led some employees in the Tarim Oilfield to form Deserts Syndrome and directly trigger crises such as family, marriage, children’s education and interpersonal relations. To this end, Tarim Oilfield draws on advanced foreign experience, the introduction of EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services, front-line operating area and their families really feel the love of enterprises. Health work and life staff counseling projects have also become a powerful starting point to promote the harmonious development of the oil field.
