应用多种分析方法测定了上海地区糙米和麦粒中铜、锌、铅、镉、镍、铬、砷、汞以及钾、钠、钙、镁、钒、磷、钼、铝、钴、铁和锰等十九种元素含量。数据经异常值剔除,并经频率分布类型检验后,应用算术平均值加减标准差范围或几何平均值乘除标准偏差范围表示各元素的背景水平。将本地区粮食作物中各元素背景值与国内外有关资料及已颁布的粮食卫生标准作了比较。上海地区糙米和麦粒中铜、锌、铅、镉、镍、铬、砷和汞等环境元素含量一般皆在可接受范围内。粮食作物中各元素背景值含量高低主要决定于环境元素种类,其次是作物种类。
The contents of copper, zinc, lead, cadmium, nickel, chromium, arsenic, mercury and potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, vanadium, phosphorus, molybdenum, aluminum, cobalt and iron in brown rice and grain in Shanghai were measured by various analytical methods Manganese and other nineteen kinds of elements content. The background value of each element in food crops mainly depends on the types of environmental elements and the crop types.
