青年职工是企业的未来和希望,是企业发展的不竭动力。在当前企业实现转型发展的关键时期,作为企业的共青团组织,要充分发挥自身的优势和职能,大力加强新形势下青年思想政治工作,引导、鼓励青年职工转变观念,积极实践,勇作企业改革发展的排头兵和实践者。文章共分四个部分,第一部分写坚持理论指引,注重教育效果;第二部分写加强学习型组织创建,增强凝聚力;第三部分写深入基层调研,强化服务职能;第四部分写与时俱进,创新工作模式。通过这四个方面的描写,论述企业文化视野下的青年工思想政治工作。
