目的　观察更昔洛韦注射液治疗小儿咽结膜热的临床疗效。方法　将 10 6例咽结膜热患儿随机分为治疗组 5 6例和对照组 5 0例 ,分别静脉给予更昔洛韦 5mg·kg-1·d-1和阿昔洛韦 15mg·kg-1·d-1,观察临床症状和体征的变化并进行分析。结果　治疗组临床症状和体征均较对照组消失早 (P <0 0 5 ) ,治疗组总有效率 89 3% ,对照组总有效率 72 0 % (P <0 0 5 )。结论　更昔洛韦注射液治疗小儿咽结膜热疗效优于阿昔洛韦注射液。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of ganciclovir injection on children with pharyngeal conjunctival fever. Methods A total of 106 cases of pharyngoconjunctival fever were randomly divided into treatment group (56 cases) and control group (50 cases). Ganciclovir 5 mg · kg-1 · d-1 and aciclovir 15 mg · kg- 1 · d-1, observed changes in clinical symptoms and signs and analysis. Results The clinical symptoms and signs disappeared in the treatment group as compared with the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate was 89.3% in the treatment group and 72.0% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Ganciclovir injection is superior to acyclovir in the treatment of pediatric pharyngeal conjunctival hyperthermia.
