目的研究复方昆布颗粒剂β-环糊精包合挥发油的最佳工艺;考查包合物的稳定性。方法采用正交试验设计,以挥发油得率、包合物含量为测定指标。结果最佳包合工艺为β-环糊精:复方昆布颗粒挥发油=12:1(g·mL~(-1)),包合温度为50~60℃,包合时间为2h;挥发油加水提取2次,一煎加水量为13倍,沸后煎煮时间为1.0h,二煎加水量为11倍,沸后煎煮时间为1.0h;A_2B_1为优选出的最佳提取工艺方案。结论本工艺包合物含量较高,工艺稳定且操作简便,可应用于复方昆布颗粒的生产中。
OBJECTIVE To study the best technology of compound kelp granules β-cyclodextrin inclusion volatile oil; check the stability of the inclusion compound. Methods Orthogonal design was used to determine the yield of volatile oil and inclusion compound. Results The optimum inclusion technology was β-cyclodextrin: the volatile oil of Fufang Kelu was 12: 1 (g · mL -1), the inclusion temperature was 50-60 ℃ and the inclusion time was 2h. The volatile oil was extracted by water 2 times, a frying water is 13 times, boiling boiling time is 1.0h, two frying water is 11 times, boiling boiling time is 1.0h; A_2B_1 is the best extraction process. Conclusion The present invention contains a high content of inclusion compound, is stable and easy to operate, and can be applied to the production of compound kelp particles.
