1.绪言在浇铸铝镇静钢时,关键问题是尽量减少影响产品缺陷的氧化铝夹杂物。总的来说,日本神户制钢所对于减少钢中的夹杂采取了对钢水进行予处理和保护浇铸等措施。本文就多炉连铸时所存在的氧化铝吸附于耐火材料堵塞水口的问题着眼,在中间包内采用吸附法排除夹杂物的问题,进行了调查研究。现将其研究的结果叙述如下。
1. INTRODUCTION When casting aluminum-killed steel, the key issue is to minimize alumina inclusions that affect product defects. In general, Kobe Steel Japan took measures to reduce the inclusions in steel by treating molten steel and protecting castings. In this paper, the problem of alumina adsorbed on the blockage nozzle of refractories existed in multi-furnace continuous casting was investigated. The problem of removing inclusions by adsorption method in the tundish was investigated and investigated. Now the results of their research are described below.
