进入二十一世纪,精益生产在中国正如雨后春笋般蓬勃发展,越来越多的企业意识到实施精益生产以减少库存、缩短周期、降低成本的重要性与迫切性。然而,企业在实施精益生产并享受精益生产带来的效益的时候,却常常面临着员工高流失率下如何应用精益生产的困境。在珠三角与长三角的劳动密集型企业中,大部分企业的月员工流失率都在6%一15%之间,还有相当一部分企业的月流失高达20%以上,这就意味着,对大部分企业而言,在一年之内,生产线的员工基本上全部更换。
In the 21st century, lean production is booming in China. More and more enterprises are realizing the importance and urgency of implementing lean production to reduce inventory, shorten cycle time and reduce costs. However, when implementing lean manufacturing and enjoying the benefits of lean manufacturing, enterprises often face the dilemma of how to apply lean manufacturing at high staff turnover rates. Most of the labor-intensive enterprises in the PRD and the Yangtze River Delta are between 6% and 15% monthly turnover, while a considerable number of enterprises have monthly losses of up to 20% or more, which means that Most businesses, in a year, basically replaced their production line staff.
