患者20岁,未婚未育。因“阴道不规则流血1年,B超发现右附件包块6天”于2009年3月3日入院。患者既往月经规律124～5/30,经量少,无痛经,否认性生活史,近1年月经失去规律性,阴道反复不规则流血十余天至二十余天,量少。既往有“甲状腺瘤,甲状腺切除史”,随访甲状腺功能时查及血清睾 Patient 20 years old, not married or not.
