A dual-receptor targeting delivery system based on acid-cleavage hydrazone bond was developed in the study. The characters of CMCS-hyd-CUR-EGFR- mAb were identified. The in vitro release studies revealed that this drug delivery system was acid-sensitive, and the self-assembled nanoparticles which were spherical. The in vitro results indicated that the dual-receptor targeting nanoparticles could be faster internalized into the Cal-27 cells via receptor-mediated endocytosis, which exhibited better antitumor activity than the one-receptor nanoparticles. The experimental results clearly reveal that CMCS-hyd-CUR-EGFR mAb provides a novel way for drug delivery in oral cancer treatment.

Cement pastes containing 0%, 15%, 25% and 35% fly ash were prepared. After being cured for 90 days, all fly ash blended cement pastes were crushed and ground into powders with a particle size less than 80 μm and then the powders were immersed in alkali so
V-Cr-Al-O nanospheres were successfully synthesized using V2O5, Al(OH)3, CrO3, and H2C2O4·H2O as the starting materials by a facile one-pot hydrothermal approach. Several techniques containing X-ray powder diffraction, hydrogen temperature programmed redu
