从西周、春秋、秦汉的初步发展,到唐、宋、元朝体系的初步建立,最后到明清两代的进一步完善,我国司法官程序法律责任制度表现出了强大的生命力和广阔的发展空间。我国古代社会在司法官程序法律责任方面规定得比较全面和具体,一定程度上限制了司法官的恣意妄为,体现了程序法的价值。 From the initial development of the Western Zhou, Chunqiu and Qin and Han dynasties to the initial establishment of the Tang, Song and Yuan dynasties, and finally to the further improvement of the Ming and Qing dynasties, the legal liability system of judicial procedures in our country shows great vitality and broad space for development. The ancient society in our country laid down a more comprehensive and specific legal liability system for judicial proceedings, to a certain extent, restricted the arbitrary behavior of judicial officials and reflected the value of procedural law.
