过氧化脂质(LPO)是游离或结合的不饱和脂肪酸受自由基作用而形成的过氧化物。现已证明LPO在许多疾病的发病学中具有重要意义。紫癜性肾炎患儿血浆LPO的研究目前国内外尚较少报道。
Lipid peroxidation (LPO) is a peroxide formed by the free radical action of free or bound unsaturated fatty acids. It has been shown that LPO is of great importance in the pathogenesis of many diseases. Purpura nephritis in children with plasma LPO research is still less reported at home and abroad.
