UNF-2型减水剂是一种高效的非引气性萘系早强、增强型减水剂。其成分是核体数≥的β-萘磺酸钠甲醛缩聚物及硫酸钠。这种减水剂稍有缓凝作用,水泥水化过程放热出现时间稍有推迟,水化热也略有降低。它在铝酸三钙C_3 A四周形成保护膜,有类似普通塑化剂的表面活化作用。试验结果表明,UNF剂对普通水泥和矿渣水泥都有效果,对矿渣水泥减水效果更为明显。水化放热的推迟有利于防止大体积混凝土开裂。
UNF-2 water reducing agent is a highly efficient non-air-entraining naphthalene-based early-strength, enhanced water reducing agent. Its components are sodium formaldehyde condensate of sodium β-naphthalene sulfonate and sodium sulfate with nucleus number ≥. This water-reducing agent has a slight retarding effect, the emergence of heat in the cement hydration process is slightly delayed, and the heat of hydration is also slightly reduced. It forms a protective film around the tricalcium aluminate C_3 A and has surface activation similar to that of ordinary plasticizers. The test results show that the UNF agent has an effect on ordinary cement and slag cement, and the effect of reducing water on slag cement is more obvious. The delay of hydration heat release helps to prevent cracking of mass concrete.
