目的:探讨参麦离子导入对糖尿病并发眼底病变患者TGF-β_1及Hcy水平的影响。方法:选取我院内分泌科收治的2型糖尿病并发视网膜病变的患者168例,按随机数字表法分组,对照组84例予以羟苯磺酸钙治疗,研究组84例在对照组基础上予以参麦注射液离子导入治疗,观察并记录两组间视野及闪光视网膜电图相关指标、视网膜血流动力学指标、血清视网膜纤维化相关指标、血清炎症因子水平,同时临床疗效。结果:对照组治疗有效率(56.55%)低于研究组治疗有效率(70.24%),具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组治疗后OP_1、OP_2、OP_3波峰潜伏期较短,OP_s振幅总和较高,治疗后PSV、EDV、V_m水平较高,CRV、PI、RI水平较低,治疗后血清TGF-β_1、CTGF、SDF-1、VEGF、Hcy水平较低,治疗后血清TNF-α、IL-6、hs-CRP水平较低,血清IL-10水平较高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液离子导入治疗糖尿病并发视网膜病变的临床疗效确切,能有效降低患者TGF-β_1、CTGF、SDF-1、VEGF及Hcy水平,抑制视网膜纤维化及病情发展,减轻炎症反应,改善视网膜功能和血流动力学指标。
Objective: To investigate the effect of iontophoresis on TGF-β 1 and Hcy levels in diabetic patients with ocular fundus lesions. Methods: One hundred and eighty-eight patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with retinopathy who were admitted to Department of Endocrinology of our hospital were enrolled in this study. According to the random number table, 84 patients in the control group were given calcium dobesilate, and 84 in the study group were given on the basis of the control group Ma injection of iontophoresis therapy, observe and record the visual field and flash electroretinography between the two indicators, retinal hemodynamics, serum retinal fibrosis related indicators, serum levels of inflammatory cytokines, while clinical efficacy. Results: Compared with the control group, the effective rate of the control group (56.55%) was lower than that of the study group (70.24%) (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the peak latency of OP_1, OP_2 and OP_3 Short, and high amplitude of OP_s. After treatment, the levels of PSV, EDV and V_m were higher, and the levels of CRV, PI and RI were lower. After treatment, the levels of TGF-β_1, CTGF, SDF-1, VEGF and Hcy were lower, Serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and hs-CRP were lower and serum IL-10 was higher, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Shenmai injection iontreatment on diabetic patients with retinopathy is accurate, which can effectively reduce the levels of TGF-β_1, CTGF, SDF-1, VEGF and Hcy in patients with retinal fibrosis and progression, reduce the inflammatory reaction and improve Retinal function and hemodynamic parameters.
