珠海仁恒滨海中心A标段塔楼东侧为逐层内收的悬挂结构,其悬挑跨度大,施工顺序复杂,施工难度高,且施工过程中存在受力体系的多次转换。为此,采用模型累积法对该悬挂结构进行了施工全过程的模拟分析,并在施工实施过程中选取关键构件的应力及关键点的竖向变形进行了施工过程监测。由监测值与施工过程模拟结果对比可知:两者数据变化趋势基本一致,吻合良好,施工阶段结构处于安全可控状态。由此表明:施工过程模拟分析对实际工程施工及监测具有指导作用;施工过程模拟与现场监测是保证复杂结构施工质量和安全的重要评估指标。

Therefore, the model cumulative method was used to simulate the whole construction process of the suspension structure, and the construction process monitoring was conducted by selecting the stress of the key components and the vertical deformation of the key points during the construction implementation. From the comparison between the monitored value and the simulation result of the construction process, it can be known that the trend of the two data is basically the same, and the agreement is good. The construction stage is in a safe and controllable state. It shows that the simulation analysis of the construction process can guide the actual construction and monitoring. The construction process simulation and on-site monitoring are important evaluation indexes to ensure the construction quality and safety of complex structures.
