●事故经过 某区9号楼住户因家中日光灯断电后,灯管闪烁,怀疑开关仅控制中性线,改接后故障依旧。当用测电笔测量相线和中性线时,氖泡均亮;用万用表检查相线对地电压高达370V,中性线对地电压为215V,但相线与中性线间电压为212V,感到莫明其妙。遂去8号楼检查,发现存在同样情况。又去7号楼测量,发现测相线时电笔不亮,中性线电笔很亮,相线对地电压几乎为零,中性线对地电压为213V,相线中性
