随着社会的发展,企业的管理逐步由粗放型向精细化过度,企业对员工素质的要求也越来越严格,培训工作逐渐显示出其在企业经营中的作用。文章从范各庄矿业分公司培训现状出发,以“双三层”立体培训体系在培训实践中的运用为示范,对企业在培训工作当中如何注重创新进行了浅析。
With the development of society, the management of enterprises gradually goes from extensive to elaborate, and the requirements of enterprises on staff quality are also becoming more and more strict. Training has gradually shown its role in business operation. Based on the status quo of training in Fangezhuang Mining Branch, the article takes the application of “double three-layer” training system in training practice as an example, and analyzes how enterprises focus on innovation in training work.
