工会作为党领导下的基层群众组织,它是党联系职工群众的纽带和桥梁,是党开展基层工作的重要组成部分。随着经济的发展,时代的进步,在无形中赋予了工会更多的工作。如:落实科学的发展,需要工会组织来推动,构建和谐社会同样也需要工会组织来参与。民生需要工会来帮助,党的地位的巩固也需要工会工作的协助,于是工会工作在我们生活中处处可见。笔者就如何做好基层工会工作发挥应有的作用简单阐述如下。
As a grassroots mass organization under the leadership of the party, the trade union, as a link and bridge between the party and the workers and the masses, is an important part of the party’s work at the grassroots level. With the economic development, the progress of the times has virtually given more work to the trade unions. Such as: the implementation of scientific development, the need for trade unions to promote and build a harmonious society also need to trade union organizations to participate. Livelihood needs labor unions to help. The consolidation of the party’s status also requires the assistance of trade unions. The work of trade unions can be seen everywhere in our lives. The author on how to do a good job grass-roots trade unions to play its due role is briefly described below.
