组织知识共享障碍有主观障碍和客观障碍两类,主观障碍来自于知识拥有方和知识接受方的思想障碍,客观障碍来自知识背景差异、组织结构缺陷、谈话技巧缺乏和管理者的工作失误。简要分析这两类障碍产生的根源,提出组织的知识共享障碍的相关消除策略,如建立支持知识共享的组织文化环境和制度、强化知识共享技术环境等。 Obstacles to organizational knowledge sharing are divided into subjective and objective obstacles. Subjective obstacles come from ideological obstacles between knowledge owners and knowledge acceptors. Obstacles to objective knowledge come from differences in knowledge background, organizational structure defects, lack of speaking skills and managers’ mistakes. This paper briefly analyzes the root causes of these two kinds of obstacles and puts forward some countermeasures to eliminate the knowledge sharing obstacles of the organization, such as establishing the organizational culture environment and system supporting knowledge sharing and strengthening the knowledge sharing technology environment.
