拉面是回族的特色饮食,它除了可以满足人们的基本生活需求外,作为一种饮食象征符号,还具有体现回族认同和满足回族群众心理需求的作用。这种特定文化环境中的饮食,蕴含了一定的象征意义。本文尝试用人类学的理论知识,分析这一饮食符号的文化含义,从而增强人们对回族饮食文化的认知。
Ramen is the characteristic diet of Hui nationality. Apart from meeting people’s basic needs, Ramen serves as a symbol of diet. It also has the function of recognizing and meeting the psychological needs of Hui people. This particular cultural environment of the diet, contains a certain symbolic meaning. This article attempts to use the theoretical knowledge of anthropology to analyze the cultural implications of this dietary symbol so as to enhance people’s awareness of the dietary culture of the Hui people.
