引言:中国反垄断的首要任务是反政府部门的垄断行为经济学上讲的垄断,大致可以分为三种类型:一是由生产技术上的规模经济导致的“自然垄断”(naturalmon叩oly),二是由少数厂商的合谋行为导致的“行为垄断”(behavioral monopo一y),三是由政府限制竞争的法令和政策导致的“法定垄断”(statuto叮monopoly)。
Introduction: The primary task of China’s antitrust is the economic monopoly of anti-government monopolies. There are generally three types of monopoly: the “natural monopoly” caused by the economies of scale in production technology, Second is behavioral monopoly resulting from the collusion of a few firms and third is the statutory monopoly resulting from the government’s restrictive laws and policies.
