近十年来,由于大规模集成电路的迅速发展,使本来主要为电子计算机而设计的数字电路迅速地应用到其它领域。广播方面数字技术的引入和发展,就是一个典型的例子。现在,广播设备中,数字时基校正器(DTBC)、帧同步器、降噪器、特技发生器等,都已实用,就连相当复杂的数字 VTR(DVTR),也取得了可喜的进展,成为解决模拟 VTR 存在的各种问题、左右将来广播节目制作系统的重要研究项目之一。数字视频记录早在七十年代初就开始研究。但是,由于视频数字化要大大展宽频带和大量消耗磁带,人们一直对它的实用表示担心。一九七九年春,这一难关已被攻破,取得了与一英寸模拟 VTR 具有同等磁带消耗量的出色成绩。现在,DVTR已是将来全数字演播中心不可缺少的一项重要设备,并开始讨论其标准化问题。在这种形势下,有必要对数字 VTR 技术及其发展进行了解和研究。
In the recent decade, due to the rapid development of large-scale integrated circuits, digital circuits, originally designed mainly for electronic computers, have been rapidly applied to other fields. The introduction and development of digital technologies in broadcasting is a typical example. Nowadays, broadcasting equipment has been used in many fields, such as digital time base corrector (DTBC), frame synchronizer, noise reducer and special effect generator. Even the rather complex digital VTR (DVTR) has made remarkable progress. Become one of the important research projects for solving the various problems that exist in the simulated VTR and shaping the radio program production system in the future. Digital video recording began as early as the early 1970s. However, people are always worried about its practicality because video digitization greatly widens the bandwidth and consumes a lot of tape. In the spring of 1979, this tug of war was broken and achieved excellent results in the same tape consumption as the one-inch analog VTR. DVTR is now an indispensable piece of equipment for all-digital studio in the future and begins discussing its standardization issues. In this situation, it is necessary to understand and research the digital VTR technology and its development.
