目的：探讨水胶体敷料(人工皮)在新生儿无创机械通气中的临床使用效果。方法对在我院需要进行创机械通气的30例患儿入院资料进行分析，根据患儿入院时间顺序分为两组。对照组采用常规方法治疗，实验组采用人工皮覆盖鼻部后使用鼻塞固定治疗，比较两组患儿通气效果等指标。结果实验组中有5例患儿治疗效果较好，患儿治疗后基本痊愈；8例患儿临床症状得到改善，总有效率86.7%高于对照组（66.7%）（P＜0.05）；实验组有13例患儿对我院治疗比较满意，满意度达到86.7%高于对照组患儿（P＜0.05）。结论人工皮在新生儿无创机械通气中使用效果较好，值得推广使用。“,”Objective: To investigate the hydrocol oid dressings (artificial leather)in neonatal noninvasive clinical effect of mechanical ventilation in.Methods: 30 cases of hospital invasive mechanical ventilation in our hospitalwere analyzed according to the needs of children in the hospital, the time sequence is divided into two groups.
