在新媒体环境下,传统广播电视台正面临前所未有的冲击和挑战,广播电视要在竞争中处于不败之地就必须要借助新媒体的优势补充自身的不足,并做好媒体融合发展以及新闻编辑的调整优化。这就对电视台新闻编辑工作的多样性提出了更好的要求。基于此,本文简要分析新媒体对传统新闻编辑工作造成的冲击,探究融媒体时代新闻编辑转型的多样性形式,从编辑方式、新闻内容、素材收集等方面展开探讨。
