采用14C示踪法和分光光度法,研究甲胺磷对三角褐指藻、球等鞭金藻和盐藻在生长繁殖、光合作用速率和生化组成的生物学效应.实验结果表明,在甲胺磷的胁迫下,3种微藻的生长都受到不同程度的抑制;球等鞭金藻、三角褐指藻和盐藻的72hEC50分别为43.0、15.5和12.5mg/L.甲胺磷对3种藻类光合作用速率和对球等鞭金藻细胞内的碳水化合物、脂类及蛋白质含量的影响有显著的差别
The 14C tracing method and spectrophotometry were used to study the biological effects of methamidophos on growth, reproduction, photosynthesis rate and biochemical composition of Phaeodactylum tricornutum, Isochrysis galbana and Dunaliella salina. The results showed that under the stress of methamidophos, the growth of three kinds of microalgae were inhibited to varying degrees; 72hEC50 of Isochrysis galbana, Phaeodactylum tricornutum and Dunaliella salina were 43.0,15.5 and 12.5mg / L. The effects of methamidophos on the photosynthetic rate of three species of algae and the content of carbohydrates, lipids and proteins in Isochrysis galbana cells were significantly different
