通过对复合陶瓷天线罩吸潮机理进行仔细的分析,将某树脂进行改性后,采用真空浸涂和真空固化的工艺方法,显著提高天线罩的防潮性能,达到设计要求,成功运用于型号生产。
Through careful analysis of the mechanism of moisture absorption of the composite ceramic radome, after a certain resin is modified, the technology of vacuum dip coating and vacuum curing is adopted to significantly improve the moisture-proof performance of the radome and meet the design requirements and is successfully applied to model production .
