随着素质教育的深入,学校越来越重视课堂教学,而在课堂教学中主要以教学活动过程来实现教学目标。传统的教学方式认为,教师起到“传道”“授业”“解惑”的作用,而在现代教育中,教师在传授学生知识、技能之外,还要发展学生的素质能力,培养学生的道德情操。因而,教师倘若还持有以往的教学方式及教学目标,满堂灌地传授知识是不能满足现代教育发展要求的。要想学生能够达到现代教育要求,教师需要与学生沟通,从学生中得到反馈信息。课堂教学反馈作为检查教学效果、调整教学内容以及安排教学内容的重要依据,需要掌握学生的真实学情,从整体上把握教学内容,有效地传授学生,满足学生的切实需求,从而针对性地调整教学活动,达到教学要求。因而,在中学课堂中适当地应用教学反馈策略对教师提高教学效率、学生强化知识信息有着重要作用。
